They are printed with a point’s value, 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 or 100. Depending on what prize amount you want to give away each time will determine how many of each point’s value you need to print. We will email you a template for printing. Prizes are provided by Showcase in 3 suggested ranges: $20 - $40 = 201 – 400 points These prizes are displayed next to the Vortex machine on tables offering the 3 levels. You can offer inhouse vouchers or even cash vouchers should you wish. If you set the draws so you have 2 hours of promotion per day that will be 8 prizes. Run a promotion within the venue to have a draw every 15minutes in the hour, So it may be from 10am to 12 noon which gives you 8 draws or 4 draws from 10am and another 4 draws from 2 pm giving you 8 draws in total. Depending on how you print your points the average prize give away per 8 draws will be around $200. 5 winners at average $17.50 prizes = $87.50 The promotion can be done around a membership drive so that all new members fill in a coupon and go in a barrel for the draws or current member’s number is drawn. It can be run for a gaming promo for a $20 payout in the barrel or the next $20 winner and they get to have a go, or simply pick a person in the venue at random and give them a go etc. You can choose you participant in any many you wish. The participant then gets into the Vortex you switch it on and they try to collect as many vouchers as possible in 15 seconds. You simply turn the machine off and they leave the vortex with the vouchers they have collected. Simply add the point’s value and give them a choice of the prizes on offer. Set some rules to suit yourself: Members can nominate another person if not able or willing to participate. Members can only swipe their own membership card.
